Our core focus is on the development and manufacturing of marketable series products that comply with legal regulations, offer an excellent price-performance ratio, are available for short-term delivery, and have already been tested for their "everyday suitability" with partners from the rental sector.
Production is continuously monitored, and the final assembly of all components as well as the personal acceptance
of all products takes place in our manufacturing center.
Repairs are carried out at our service center in Mannheim.
Fast and straightforward processing is handled through our in-house RMA system. The repair duration is usually
between 1 and 3 weeks. By arrangement, repairs can also be completed within a few days.
Even during peak demand periods, we can fulfill additional rental requests for the same material with 95% certainty!
Every spare part for a rental product can be reordered within 5 years
of the initial sale of that batch.
To ensure consistent image quality even when procuring additional modules for existing setups, our rental products from the same production line (same batch)
can be reordered. There is no limit to this.
