In-house workshop

As a certified German manufacturer of LED video walls, we have our own in-house service center with an attached workshop. Nearly all repairs are carried out in Mannheim.
Our in-house RMA system ensures fast and straightforward processing.
The typical repair time is between 1 and 3 weeks.
If we are unable to perform a repair in-house, our extensive and well-stocked spare parts inventory allows for the immediate replacement of defective parts, so there is no need to worry about long wait times.

Cost estimates are time-consuming and involve high costs. Therefore, please understand that we prepare cost estimates exclusively for insurance claims and for passing on
the costs of the damage to the party responsible, and only after
prior consultation.
Costs will be billed based on actual time and effort.
The price per component (IM/pixel card, etc.) is 5.00 EUR.
No credit will be issued.
