In-house Workshop

As a certified German manufacturer of LED videowalls, we operate an in-house service center with an integrated workshop. Nearly all repairs are carried out in Mannheim.
Fast and straightforward processing is handled through our in-house RMA system.
The typical repair time is between 1 and 3 weeks.
If we are unable to perform a repair ourselves, our extensive and well-stocked spare parts warehouse allows for immediate replacement of defective parts, ensuring no long waiting times.

Cost estimates are time-consuming and incur high costs. Therefore, please understand that we provide cost estimates exclusively for insurance claims and for re-invoicing
damage costs to the responsible party, and only after
prior arrangement.
Costs will be invoiced based on effort.
The price per component (IM/pixel card, etc.) is 5.00 EUR.
No offsetting will occur.
