Notes:

RMA processing and repair of any type of damage are exclusively reserved for LEDitgo products. Third-party products will not be processed. Please refrain from sending defective items independently without an RMA process.

Multiple defective products/items can be included per opened RMA process. For complex defects, please include an additional sheet in the package with a detailed description of the defect.

According to our warranty terms, electronic damages will be repaired free of charge by LEDitgo GmbH within the warranty period. A service technician will assess on a case-by-case basis whether the damage is electronic or mechanical. Mechanical damages will be repaired at the client's expense, based on the currently valid rates.

If submitted IMs show no functional defects during visual and functional inspection, they will be subjected to a hot and cold test. Should no defect be found even after this procedure, a flat fee of EUR 40.00 will be charged for this effort.

Shipping and packaging costs will be invoiced to the client based on actual expenses, along with the repair costs. For shipping to LEDitgo GmbH, you will receive shipping labels within 3 business days after submitting the RMA request; these labels must be clearly affixed to the package. Items must be packed according to industry standards to prevent transit damage. We are not liable for transit damage or any resulting mechanical or electronic damage.

Due to the high volume of inquiries and RMA processes, delays in repairs may occur. LEDitgo GmbH is not bound by any specific processing times.
